Hotboxes from IST Engineering are designed for bench top use for Burn-in application. This fixture allow the product under the actual functional test condition with, whether it is a system or a PCBA to be subjected to controlled temperature swings, where the low end temperature is defined at room temperature, and the high end is defined by product guard band needs. These hotboxes can be integrated with fan-arrays and voltage margining, power supply management systems, allowing control of temperature, temperature distribution and voltage across time. Control ports are provided for hookup and control by the RS 232 port.
